Councilmember Kidd was originally appointed by the Council in December of 2021 to fill a vacancy in Place 4.





Gregg has twenty years of experience in municipal government as an Environmental and Public Health professional. He earned his bachelor's from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), holds several Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) certifications, and is a registered sanitarian with the State of Texas. Gregg has previously served as the Vice President of the Pantego Economic Development Corporation (PEDC)  Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission.

Gregg is committed to keeping Pantego safe and maintaining its small-town charm while promoting quality business development. He looks forward to forming strong relationships with residents, local business owners, and other stakeholders within the community through his service on the Council. Gregg was born and raised in Arlington and has lived in Pantego with his wife Chrissy and their daughter, Breegan, since 2018.
