Zoning and Variances
Zoning regulates land use by area, protecting property values and quality of life by controlling density and intensity as well as setting development standards (e.g., landscaping, screening, setbacks, sign regulations, and parking). Zoning applications can be emailed, faxed to 817-617-3726, or delivered to Town Hall (1614 S Bowen Road). We do not accept payment over the phone. You can pay your application fee by cash, check, or credit. If paying by credit card a convenience fee will be added.
