The Human Resources department's goal, through its risk management function, is to avoid, reduce, control, and finance loss that may arise from the activities of the Town. In order to protect the Town's financial, property, and personnel assets from the possibility of accidental loss, injury, and/or catastrophic destruction, the Human Resources and Finance Department coordinates Town insurance coverage for Property, General Liability, Auto Liability, Workers' Compensation, Crime, Public Officials and Law Enforcement Liability through the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (TML IRP).
