Community Relations Board (CRB) Meeting

The Community Relations Board (CRB) typically holds regular meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., with special sessions scheduled as needed. At times, the regular meeting is moved or cancelled due to holidays or other scheduling conflicts. Please always check our calendar for updates.  

Members are appointed by the Council and serve two-year terms. If you are interested in serving on this board, please submit your application to the City Secretary's Office.

The CRB is responsible for the development and administration of the Town's community events and holiday celebrations including:

• "Eggcellent" Easter
• Movies in the Park (June, July and August)
• First Responder Appreciation Weeks
• National Night Out
• Halloween Trunk-or-Treat
• "A Pantego Christmas" featuring Santa's Candy Cane Parade
