Warrant Officers are tasked with the clearance of Class C misdemeanor warrants stemming from unpaid fines with the Pantego Municipal Court. The Warrant Division offers a variety of options for the disposition of warrants and avoidance of jail time. Your options may include applying for a payment plan (PDF), posting of a bond, or making payment in full.
If you would like to discuss which options are available to you, please contact us during normal business hours either in person or by calling 817-617-3733. At times, officers may also be available after hours or on select Saturdays. This is not always the case, however. Please call in advance if you would like to request an after-hours or Saturday appointment.
