Pay Online

Payment of Citations and Fees
Please note that by paying your ticket online or via phone, you are entering a "nolo contendre" plea and waiving your rights to a jury trial. Your violation(s) will be recorded as convictions and may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Payments made online or by phone will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours of staff receiving confirmation of your payment (during normal business hours). Any juvenile defendant who is under seventeen (17) years of age at the time of receiving a citation must appear in open Court before the Judge.

Neither the Town of Pantego nor the Pantego Municipal Court makes any guarantee, promise, or warranty regarding the accuracy of the information provided by the third-party payment portal and/or hotline. Further, there is no guarantee that the payment options below will display all of your unpaid tickets. Use of this service to submit payment constitutes acknowledgment that the Town of Pantego, the Pantego Municipal Court, and the processor of electronic payments assume no responsibility for data entered by the service users. Again, by making payment, you are agreeing to the "Waiver of Defendant’s Rights"

I understand that I have a right to the following and that, by making payment for my citation, am waiving such rights:

  • The right to plead not guilty and require the state (or other jurisdiction) to prove my guilt beyond a reasonable doubt;
  • The right to request a trial before a judge or jury;
  • The right to engage an attorney to represent me in this matter;
  • The right to subpoena witnesses; and
  • The right to have my trial transcribed by a court reporter.

I hereby understand that in accordance with the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c), case payment will result in a waiver of jury trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS); and KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ALL MY RIGHTS TO A TRIAL.

If you agree to all of the above, you can PAY ONLINE or call 817-302-5292 (bilingual) to pay by phone.
