Mask Request Form

As the COVID-19 Pandemic continues to affect Pantego and so many communities in Texas, the U.S., and the world, we are seeing the number of cases rise at exponential rates.  One of the highest priorities during this time is preventing our hospital systems from being overwhelmed which means slowing community spread is of utmost importance.  We know that one of the best ways to do that is by wearing masks.  Masks protect both the person wearing it and the people around them.  Therefore, Tarrant County Judge Whitley has issued a new order for businesses and outdoor gatherings (link below).

The Town has masks available for residents and businesses, please fill out this form and if you are unable, call Town Hall and we can help you.  817-617-3700.

Tarrant County Executive Order regarding Mandatory Face Masks, Signed June 25, 2020

Tarrant County Judge B. Glen Whitley has signed an Executive Order requiring that face masks be worn in all Tarrant County businesses and at outdoor gatherings of more than 100 people.

The ordinance goes into effect 6 p.m. Friday, June 26, through 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3.

Face coverings include masks, scarves, bandanas or a handkerchief.

The Order also notes that social distancing protocols should still be followed; at least six feet from others whenever possible.

“Patrons who do not wear a face-covering will be asked to leave the premises and will not be provided goods or services until the face-covering requirements are followed,” the executive order states.

This order does not pertain to churches
