Since 1977, Mayor Doug Davis has served the Town of Pantego and its residents, first as a patrol officer, before rising to become Chief of Police, then City Manager, and finally as Mayor. Mayor Davis resigned effective August 26, to focus on his family and personal activities. Acting Mayor Russ Brewster, the Town Council, and Town staff would like to thank Mayor Davis for serving and leading Pantego all of these years, and we wish him all the very best in the future.
