Zoning Case # Z-255, which was the proposed townhome development that was discussed in a public hearing on April 19th, was tabled for 30 days by the Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z). Because of this action, the item has been removed from the council agenda for Monday, April 26th. Tabling the item means that it will be at least 30 days before it is heard again by the P&Z, and it will not be considered by the Council until such time as a recommendation has been made by the P&Z. When any future hearings are scheduled to consider a revised or amended request, new notifications will be posted on the Town website as well as mailed to property owners within 200 feet of the proposed project, per Town ordinance and state law.
