The Pantego Municipal Court is committed to being responsive to the evolving needs of those we serve and diligently executing the administrative responsibilities and clerical functions set forth under law. The Pantego Municipal Court, as a Court of Record, operates as a judicial branch of the Town of Pantego. The Court hears Class C Misdemeanor criminal cases, including traffic violations, city ordinances violations, fine-only offenses, and limited civil cases.

To magnify public trust and confidence in our system justice the Court shall conduct business with integrity, competence, and a commitment to excellence.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made in person at the Larry W. Smith Law Enforcement Center during normal business hours. Please note that the payment window is open on weekdays, excluding holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do close daily for lunch from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.

  • All official correspondence must be mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or delivered in person.
  • If the Court is closed due to weather conditions or a Town holiday, your due date will move to the next business day that our offices are open.
