The Pantego Municipal Court Warrant Division is staffed by two full-time warrant officers. The officers are tasked with the clearance of Class C misdemeanor warrants stemming from unpaid fines with the Pantego Municipal Court. The warrant division offers a variety of options for a person to dispose of warrants and avoid jail time.

Some of your options may include the following: Pay Plan, Bond, or Full Payment. Officers may be able to offer other options on a case by case basis. Warrant officers are available to discuss your case 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday  and after hours on some weekdays. Warrant officers are also available on select Saturdays. Please call in advance for after hours or Saturday appointments.
